The Fostering Kids for Life (FK4L) program provides transformative support for youth in foster and kinship care. This program includes elements like animal therapy, leadership training, and internships, focusing on emotional, psychological, and practical skill-building to pave a successful path for these children​.

The ranch’s mission includes a strong focus on empowering youth. By participating in their programs, young people gain personal growth, resilience, and leadership skills, particularly through interactions with horses and other aspects of the ranch’s environment.
